DIY Kombucha

I started learning how to brew my own kombucha in March of 2021. The carbonation and wide flavor varities make it a wonderfully tasty and versatile beverage. The only problem is that commercially available kombucha is expensive, around $3.99/pint! After some basic research online I found that I could brew my own kombucha by the gallon for roughly the same price.
